How to prepare
To prepare this delicious paneer dish, start by cutting the paneer into small cubes and keeping them aside. Heat oil in a kadai or wok on medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter. Then, add finely chopped onions and sauté them until they turn golden brown. Next, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and salt to taste, mixing well and cooking until the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Now, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder, mixing well and cooking for 2-3 minutes. It's time to add the cubed paneer and cubed green bell pepper to the kadai, mixing well and cooking for 5-6 minutes until the paneer is slightly browned. Finally, garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice. This dish is full of flavor and can be enjoyed as a main course or as a side dish.
